help for getting a pump......

before my son got his pump, i was advised to go to a site dedicated to helping people obtain a pump.
it was run by a really helpful guy, who offered sound advice that really helped us.

now i want to recommend this site to a friend and can't remember what it was called.

sorry for being so vague, but anyone got an idea please?
