I haven't found dehydration a problem, and any metformin is good, if there any problems with cramp and loose bowels it simply means you are low in potassium, eat more Tuna, Cod, Salmon, baked potato ( eat the skin ) milk yogurt carrot juice, raisins, apricots, beans, teaspoon of tomato paste, any of these helped my tummy cramps and foot cramp, I just try not to eat nuts early in the day

If he's old enough to go away for work hes old enough to iron his own shirts.

Yes that's true he is. He does when I can't manage it. But equally, I don't work, I could but I don't. My husband and son work long hours and I look after the home. Old fashioned, yes, but it suits all three of us. When I need them to help out they do. I have never conformed to what society says I should be, and I never will. I am afraid this is one of the many reasons other women I have met in the past don't like me much. So, I am happy to iron my son's shirts for him, especially when we have had such a happy day together.

I never iron. My husband shakes everything and hangs it on the doors. I figure that the heat in our bodies will iron out the creases. Does that make me a bad person?

Of course not Scandi, but does it make me a bad person because I do iron?

Ha ha Andy .I work full time and there's no way I will do their ironing too.

I have always enjoyed it - when I am well enough to do it that is. My mum hated ironing and I was fascinated by it, so at the age of 8 she let me try and I loved it. Perhaps we could do a trade Jamrox.....do you like cleaning cookers????

I have just finished ironing the shirts for the week (husband and 2 boys). shirts are the only thing I iron as I figure the creases will fall out as the clothes are worn. shirts however are worn to work and school and they do need to look smart.

I've lived on my own for 5 and a half years and I still dont own a iron.

Not if you make them wear a jumper over the top! Or buy easy iron!
