Hi I just had my dinner I had doner meat shish kebab and some chilli sauce and a slice of the kids pizza after 2 hours what would be a good blood sugar level as I have pre diabetes thanks hope the question makes sense
Makes me happy have put a lot of work in recent 4 or 5 weeks to the point people saying I've lost too much my bmi was 25 before losing weight I think I just fell into the pre diabetes range because my diet over the prior 3 months was poor or well should I say full of carbs which I had no clue was bad is this possible and thanks for the replies much appreciated
