Hi Everyone

So I am back on Low Carb I have had some time off (probably longer than I should have) not good, my bloods have been running really high. My bloods are coming down slowly but I have put on a couple of pounds?? is this because my bloods were running high to start? will I start losing again.

Any helpful advice would be great.

Thanks

I think it is a vicious cycle. You eat more carbs = increased blood sugar = increased cravings/hunger = weight gain = increased blood sugar. The key is your carb intake.

Yes, you can break it. Go back to the basics, limit your carbs, and test. You can do this!!!
