That's great, thank you for the advice. I'll certainly have a look at the accu-check as it seems to pretty much do it all for you! It definitely ticks all the boxes on my checklist.
Don'tbe mislead into thinking that they pump will do everything for you, pumps are only as good as the user, The wizards are helpful, but only once they've been set to suit the individual user
It's interesting to know where you hide the pump. I'm not sure I'll be able to hide it in my bra though, I'm not the most gifted in that area!
I'm the same no chance of hiding my pump in my bra  but you can get a case that clips to the side of the bra though, me I generally have mine either clipped to my Jeans wasitband or tucked in my pocket
Does the NHS fund the belt pouch or is this self funded?
Most pump suppliers will give you several types of basic cases, and you can also buy them from the supplier, but there are many different things you can adtapt for a pump case, baby socks can be sewn into clothing for the pump, mobile phone cases can be used, even camera cases etc
It's good to know you're also a horse rider. I find that my sugar levels rocket when I've been jumping or competing, into the 30's!, apparently this is due to the adrenalin. Do you get the same?
