Haven't been on here in a while but I need advise!

The last 48 hours my bloods have been wild, usually quite well controlled and carb count BUT after 4 weeks off my weekly exercise class I returned on Tuesday evening ( not sure this has anything to do with it) my sugars dropped just before so had a small snack which brought it back up to 5.8 before my class, everything normal that evening then from yesterday afternoon I have been dropping all the time! Lunchtime 8.7 pre soup eating, did my insulin which was fine, dropped to 3.3 3 hours later, had tea 7.8 again 3 hours later dropped to 3.8, had sweets and no insulin, 2 hours later they have dropped again so more sugary goodness! 4am dropped again then at 7am this morning, had a granola bar for breakfast to try and get some insulin in me then by dinner I was 12.2, tea time tonight 6.4 and low and behold less than a hour I've dropped to 3.4 again! As you can imagine I'm a bit sick of sugary nicenesses now!

I have split Lantus evening and morning and I'm positive I haven't overdosed but I'm wondering if it's a rogue nova rapid cartridge as I do remember changing to a new one on Tuesday?

Any suggestions would be appreciated

The only suggestion I can give is to do some basal testing, it's what most of us do when bg levels go astray.
