Hello. I've just started using the 'carbs & cals app' & am finding it really useful. However having a couple of problems with it & wondered if there was an expert out there- someone who uses it a lot - or is better with technology than me?!!!
First problem is - I cant get it to add duration of exercise!! Just doesn't do anything when I click on the box & can't see how else to do it?!!
Also is there a way to add more notes to the day? I'm wanting to record pre & post meal BGL's but it only seems to let me make one note/day- if I go into edit it just erases the previous one.
I have tried to find instructions on line but to no avail!!

I think its an issue with the app. May be worth contacting them via the app store they may fix in an update...
Try diabetes pro I prefer this but its each to their own. I use this, my fitness pal and the health kit from apple all work together great for me carbs and cals is good to get a grasp on portion size I found but after this my fitness pal I found much easier to use... again my opinion good luck
