Help with carbs

I'm new to it but I've been having a low fat lo carb yogurt for breakfast. I've been having the weight watchers fromage frais which is really nice. Lunch I either have a salad with some sliced ham and dressing. Or I have one slice of Warburtons Wholemeal bread toasted with some ham on top and a poached egg on top of that. I get the half loaf of bread as that has smaller slices and is only 58 cals and low on carbs. I've become a whizz at poached eggs now lol. Dinner is usually meat and veg. For example the other day I had chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella wrapped in bacon with medditternean vegetables roasted in the oven. I made a small bit of cheese sauce to go over the chicken to give it some moisture.
