seem a very generic questionaire nothing on differences in type (T1,T2, GD etc) nothing on HOW it affects..
but, good luck with the course!

Done, good luck with your course. I thought the questionnaire would have been more detailed and longer, I'd be interested to see how these very basic questions assist you in your course. Best of luck
