Hi everyone
Just looking for some help with my test results, iv put my self into a bit of a panic. These are my results and my nurse said everything is fine no action needed but after a quick google it looks like it’s saying my kidneys are not working properly and my cholesterol is a mess.
Any help explaining this would be great, do I need to bring these results up after she has already give them the ok?

Urea and electrolytes Stage G1 CKD - Normal unless there is existing laboratory or clinical
evidence of kidney disease
Use an increase in serum creatinine level of more than 20% to infer
significant reduction in kidney function.
*For people of African-Caribbean or African family origin: multiply
the laboratory GFRcreatinine result by 1.159
Serum creatinine level 54 umol/L [49.0 - 90.0]
Serum urea level 3.3 mmol/L [2.5 - 7.8]
Serum sodium level 139 mmol/L [133.0 - 146.0]
Serum potassium level 4.3 mmol/L [3.5 - 5.3]
GFR calculated abbreviated MDRD > 90 mL/min

Serum lipid levels Please refer to appropriate national guidelines for recommended target
levels.
Serum triglyceride levels 2.20 mmol/L
Serum cholesterol level 3.3 mmol/L
Serum HDL cholesterol level 0.50 mmol/L
Serum non high density lipoprotein cholesterol level 2.8 mmol/L
Serum LDL cholesterol level Invalid.TG>4.6 or non fasting
Serum cholesterol/HDL ratio 6.5

GFR > 90 is no danger. Kidneys are within the working range.
Triglycerides are a bit high
HDL a bit low.
Take the nurse's assessment of your lipid profile up with your GP. It looks a little out of whack. Don't panic though. It can be worked on.

Is it what I understand that my cholesterol is 3.3 but it’s pretty much all bad stuff, also do you know why it would say grade 1 CKD is that just there way of showing results or do I have this? Sorry for all the questions. Wish I’d have not looked now. Thank you

Ah ok thank you, I thought it means I am the start of kidney failure. Thank you
