Over what time span? What are your glucose levels and what have you eaten today?

I woke up on 15 blood sugar so had 14 units novo rapid with 100g carbs the 1:10 ratio is normally perfect in mornings
 
I'd still give it time. With 100g carbs to digest and keep BG fluctuation under control from that it may just take a bit more time. I think novorapid can last up to 4-5 hours. I once was too quick to assume it hadn't worked, ended up over correcting and going too low. Then ended up high again treating the hypo.

Did you wait for the correction to work and bring blood sugar down before eating, or did you tuck straight into 100g of carbs at 14?

Everyone will rise after 100g of carbs. Your correction isn't going to bring you down until those carbs ar digested and dealt with be the carb bolus.

Give it 4-5 hours.
