Hi guys I’ve been feeling unwell for a while now
Always tired really tired thirsty hungry achy ..
I was at work today feeling unwell sweaty dizzy and feeling generally strange so did a blood sugar reading and was 8.7 at 11am
Then did one at 3pm 8.5. Then again at 7 pm 7.9 still feeling strange
Should this be a worry and should I keep testing and take to my doctor I’m not entirely sure what the safe ranges are ?
Any help would be appreciated
