Well, it may depend on what you mean by 'all the signs of diabetes' but the usual symptoms, e.g. thirst, excessive urination, tiredness etc. are symptoms of high blood sugar, which would be visible in your urine sample.
Nobody here will be able to provide a medical diagnosis, I'm afraid. I can only suggest you go back to your doctor if you are still having symptoms and ask him / her to do some further tests.
