Please talk to someone if you are a child the drs or nurses may be able to help you maybe your family or someone at school but do speak to someone most peopleare happy to help

Perhaps your school or college has someone you could talk to it is often easier to say things to someone who is not family,stay strong

Chloe,
if you can't talk to anyone you know then phone or email the diabetes UK careline. They are used to giving help to young people .
