Thank you. You know it is hard for me to express my feelings and this forum makes you aware that there other people are the same.
Silly really, but I live in France, and have found the information is good, but my French is not good, so this Forum helps me a lot.
The French are very much into being a diabetic. and the problems it causes. They seem to want you to be on insulin straight away when diagnosed. I refused, knowing that the people I know who are T2 have no tablets etc. One person I know is in his late 60s. does it only by diet, eats a lot of fish. and says that it works. others, just go along day by day.
But I find that all your help has made me come to terms that I have a problem, I do try not worry about it, but that does not always work.
When I go for a tests then I get anxious and I am puffing etc etc. nerves I expect and looking for the worse result, which has happened.
Now I must keep trying.
Today I thought I would try something different to eat.
scrambled eggs 2 on toasted pancakes, with cheese and garlic.
Nice and different, tonight I will have escallopes and green veg. maybe an ice cream.
Thanks Sanguine, have read several of your blogs.
