Herbal Pain relief gel capsules.

I recently purchased from Amazon the only UK authorised herbal gel capsule, which is sold as a dietary aid, but also has great effects on pain. There are no illegal substances in this product, non hallucinogenic, but there are no guidelines regarding diabetes, I also have high platelets which makes my blood sticky.
What are the views on this.
