I always find articles about diabetes more trustworthy when they're peppered with stock photos of people's hands just after lancing their finger.

Terrible advice on diet or how to prevent or reverse diabetes link. Just horrendous. No way you'd ever reverse it following that garbage advice. You're more likely to end up with T2 following that.
