Hi everyone. I've had type 1 diabetes for nearly 21 years, I'm now nearly 26. I'm on lantus and novorapid and have been for around 7 years. Been naughty over the years drinking a red bull a day and eating rubbish. Didn't used to check BG whatsoever although attended all or the majority of annual checks. Highest ever Hba1c was 11%. Learnt from it. My current is 6%. Stopped drinking anything sugar related for the last 12 months. I test atleast 6 times a day. Thanks
