So I am Taz although that's just a nickname Taz as in Tazmainian devil from my younger days as a professional rugby player anyhow my real name is Neil I'm 61 years young and got diagnosed with type 2 in 2005 I take novarapid and toujeo and mounjaro plus a wheelbarrow full of tablets lol
About 2 years ago was also diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy in both lower legs and feet/toes
Apart from the medication to ease the pain only other thing I find helps is laying down on the bed with my legs up in the air on a leg elevator wedge which does ease the pain a little just wondered if anyone has another tips
That's all for now folks have a nice day

How flexible are you ? When I did Yoga and Pilates there is a position called "Legs against the wall" you like on the floor, with your bum against the skirting board (wall) and your legs vertical against the wall. you dont need your legs bertical forst few times ( it comes with practice) hold for about 10 minutes (again build up to the 10 minutes)
