It's normal to rant and rage about life's "unfairnesses" from time to time! If it gets really bad, consult your doc for referral to a counsellor. But in the meantime, if you hang around here, you may find you can talk to people and normalise it (ha ha) enough that it stops bothering you so much and becomes, as Hana implies, a sort of background to your real life. Totsy's right - just say anything particular people could help with. There's loads of really kind helpful people here who have already helped me loads in the few months I've been walking around in this strange underworld of diabetes!
