Hi my name is John Littley I'm 60 years young and a keen motorcyclist and like going to bike rallies throughout the year once a month normally. I was diagnosed when I was 45 it was a shock to the system, I went mad trying to find out about diabetes read all I could find tried different diets nothing worked was put on meds still not under control now ended up on Traciba and Ozempic injections still not under control so was given Novarapid to inject before each meal was doing ok but I've recently had this winter flu and my sugars are all over the show.

Yes I was pretty much under control my Hba1c was 52 now 62 not happy

I don't have keytone tester I'm type 2 they said I don't need one (money saver)
