Hi all, I have been viewing this site for a couple of years, and thought I'd tyake the plunge and register.
Im a Type II and currently have some fair control over my HcA1c, with my GP almost skipping round the surgery at my last review.
I also have some neuropathy which is impacting on work. Funny I have worked in the NHS for 20 years and while nursing staff have been great, management take a different view, as I am in a little battle over adjustments and harrassment.

Hi Alstone and welcome to the forum Since you have been reading this site for some time, you may already have seen this information which we give to new members. It has been updated recently and you may not have read the newer version yet so I am copying it here for you. If you need to know anything, ask a question and some members will probably know the answer.

Many thanks for that daisy 1 . All this info is very much appreciated and your guys on this site have been instrumental in helping me to sort myself out over the last few years since diagnosis. I've been doing the reduced Cab s thing since about June this year and have lost 5 kg. and achieved con sistent results when checking with my meter.
Thanks again.
