havet been on for a while the pc has been broken but up and runing now...well alls going well now im still sticking to low carbing and its doing me good,,my diabetic nurse doesnt want to see til the new year and then do a fasting bllod again..suppose thats so i dont pig out over xmas..the only worrying thing ive noticed is aa strange tingling in both my fwwt its getting painfull ..never noticed this before i went on medication i wil mention it to her ..its taking me ages to do weekly shop now as i look at every thing on the packets,my daughter wont come with me now says i take to long..but thats good as i dont spend so much when im on my own
