Hi and a little help please!

Looks like you are getting some good information, but remember you have to find a diet you can also live with! No point having a great diet that you can only follow for a few weeks. If you are feeling that what you are eating is a chore then its time to think again IMO. I tried to force myself to eat salmon two times a week in the past even though I detest the stuff to the point I am literally gagging with it still on the fork on its way to my mouth, it didnt last for long before I gave that idea up.
