Just wanted to introduce myself as I only joined round an hour ago, and simply have no clue what I am doing!
My name is Jean and I am a 59 year old mother of two plus one step child, and a grandma to 4 and one due in August.
I live in Manchester UK, but spend a lot of time in Qatar with my husband Rob.
I have been T1 for 31 years which started as gestational but reappeared when my daughter was 5 months old! Hey ho, I get on with it and my HBA1c has been consistently between 7.9 and 8.3 throughout the years.
Love to travel and have been to over 50 countries and most of them in the last 10 years. I feel very privileged to have done so.
My passion is for football and I have been a Manchester City fan since I was 14 years...in a family full of Reds! I had a season ticket for 34 years, and about to embark on another one!
Anyway that’s my first post!
