Hi

I'm Mike and in Australia. I know this is a UK forum so I hope you don't mind me being here. I've been type 2 for about 5 years now and on insulin. I've had a look on this board as a guest and there's some great stuff on here and hope to share my experience with the board.

Fortunately they don't seem to mind us Antipodeans being here Mind you, with the Rugby World Cup starting, things could get a little tense, lol.
