batch cooking is awesome for homecooking so easy if fancy a lazy dinner shove in the microwave and done. whats your usual goto's for the freezer? mines bolognese, and cauliflower cheese alongside soups usually in it

how often do you check via fingerprick capillary blood glucose, unsure if results posting are pre/postmeal.
