Hi Julie,

You need to be looking at the number of carbs in a packet. Not just the sugar. In our bodies the carbs are converted to sugar.

Again to see if they are ok for you you can test your blood sugar before you eat then 2 hours later.

Usually things like meat, fish, cheese, eggs, green vegetables should be ok.
 
I remember you saying you like tuna. Tuna mixed with mayonnaise and eaten with salad makes a nice quick lunch.
