To introduce myself .. I am 59 3 adult children & my partner I live in Scotland we have 2 pooches We love going on walks around the mountains We are retired &
I have been going to GP with persistant urination, Swollen legs light headiness ..Thirsty light headiness Kept telling me I don't have an infection I kept going as I don't feel right..Locum did blood tests took BP etc . I now have to be requlated for High BP & now been asked to go for a test on monday as my sugar was too high, I have had a strong suspicion for a couple of months .. I eat req fruit & fresh veg/salad .. Im struggling I get numbness in my hands & feet & feel as if im going to collapse .. Can you give advice on food that may help keep me going til I have this test on monday
