NOW.....we all of us make mistakes ,so get up and dust yourself down,ready.....I am a coach driver of 25 yrs, when i first got diabetes my blood sugars were 28.6mmols , my blood pressure was 195/105 and my feet were killing me,went to my doc and got the usual take these pills .....next please........it was not until i found this forum and the advices from poster who have and are following the best ways to treat our illness LCHF regime, i have been on it now for two and a half years, and my weight has dropped from 17st 12 lbs to 14st 6lbs...my blood pressure is now about 115/60 and my bs's have dropped to 3.5 am fasting,5.5 by lunch time, and about 6.5 two hrs after dinner.
My neuropathy in my feef has totally gone from about six months into doing the LCHF regime,i no longer take any medication for diabetes.
