I'm Teresa, and have been T2(?) for over 10 years now.
Im not a good diabetic... i forget to take my insulin... that might sound stupid to you but i do genuinely forget!! If i go to a friends for a meal, or eat out, i seem to forget it more often than not. I eat the wrong things at the wrong times of day and im just generally a bad diabetic.
But.. I am fed up of being constantly tired, cant sleep all night due to the need to pee (!) and im moody!! Being diabtic really gets me down if im honest. I hate it, and really dont see why me!! That probably sounds very childish, im sorry... but thats how i feel!
Anyways, i thought joining here might help motivate me to be better!!
