Hi and welcome your numbers suggest that you may be diabetic. How ever if you do a fasting test in the morning. And then do a test just before you eat and then 2 hours after eating, however I would go and see your gp just to be sure

Blimey, you poor thing. Sleep deprivation floors me. Adding in the rest that you have would knock me sideways!
Re the thrush, have you tried live yoghurt? It's an old home remedy, but I had a friend in college who swore by it. Said it worked better than anything from the chemist. I'm thinking you could have a teaspoon and swish it around your mouth, then let it slip down your throat. Maybe a pot by the bedside? Must be sugar free natural LIVE yoghurt.
Sugar definitely feeds thrush. So does alcohol, pasta, bread, cereal, rice... You get the picture...
Am I right that you need to be avoiding fat in your diet?
Can you eat fibre?
The reason I ask is that a lot of us diabetics Add fat or fibre to meals, to slow down the absorption of carbs, so that our glucose levels are lower.
