The low carbohydrate high fat diet, nutritional supplements, and walking were a game changer for me. Last A1c was 5.4%. Neuropathy in top of right foot reversed. Feet swelling that's been a problem for 10+ years is significantly better this summer...

There's quite a few books written on how to reverse neuropathy too.
