Hi my name is Kate, I have had Type 1 Diabeties for 36 years now aged 42, I am in Tresiba for evening injection and novo rapid daily. I love animals of all shapes and sizes. I don’t eat meat and like to go swimming.

Similar to you I'm Type 1. I was diagnosed in 1981 so I have had it for 37 years. On Novorapid and Lantus.

Love cats (especially surprised looking ones!) and have a dream of having my own Cattery. Though think I'm running out of time being 50 now..

I love horror films and have a collection of 400, all types including foreign, classic cult, psychological and old school slasher!!

Great forum this Kate. So many on here that will support you so post as many questions as you need.

A big welcome once more and thank you for your introduction.

Hi Kevin I also love horror films lol as long as no animals are hurt in them lol, I think you might be my twin

I have a horror called Twins!.

Yep, I've always wanted a long lost twin sister.. So long as your a little sinister and scary! Ha..

Always about if you need a little support on a good film to watch or cat to discuss............... Oh, not to forget the old Type 1 also
