Many of us felt like you when we were first diagnosed, yes it can be serious but it’s also very manageable once you get your head around it and start to learn what you can eat. Have a good read around the forums & don’t be afraid to ask any questions. There’s some links in my signature that you may find helpful
Are you in the UK? Do you have the NHS app with access to your GP records? everything should be on there, and if you need help interpreting there are some very knowledgeable people hereHi.
