I have been diagnosed with a HH it is causing a lot of stomach problems, pain, wind and I am constantly belching. I go to Aqua arobics three times a week but the pain comes on a few hours later. My blood sugars are fluctuating a lot and I am not sure if this is to do with my hernia. Has any one else had the same thing.
