My current BG reading is 27.7 I am on metformin SR 5oomg twice a day 1.2 victosa and now 16 units Lantus feel like ****
 
27mmol/L ??

You might want to think about getting emergency help, especially if your condition worsens. It's not good to be living with blood sugars that high.
