High Bs after steroid injection

My BSugar was too high for my meter to read (over 33) Two hours later now reading 26. Is this dangerous and should I contact my Doctor or wait and see if it gets lower. Apart from thirsty and urinating a lot no other issues.

I was warned of this effect when I was on steroids as part of chemo. I don't think there will be long term damage unless it's a permanent treatment, but a week or two...

I'd have a chat with your DSN.

Probably nothing to worry about but when blood sugars that high it may be best to check for ketones if you are able steroids will just about always wack your bg up.
