My meter read : Warning. HIGH Glucose Level above 33.3 mmol. My question is how do I sensibly bring this back down??? Clearly and i'm not going to lie, I have been neglectful of my injections etc the last few days, mainly due to working 15 hours a day, 6 days a week. I have never been this high before. Thanks in advance for any help.

Is it just the bolus insulin you have been missing? As Mahola says you need to do a correction dose. Test every two hours and wait four hours before your next correction dose. M
