High levels feeling down

My blood glucose levels are currently fairly constantly on the high side, from 7, anywhere up to 12.6.
Today I have felt very dizzy, and unable to concentrate enough to work properly.
Could it be the high levels causing this, or is it likely to be down to other factors?
I constantly have a very dry throat despite drinking loads, so I know it isn't from dehydration.
I have a large range of medications I have to take for one reason or another, and wondering if this could be starting to have an impact.

hi katrina,
are you type 1 or t2, if it type 1 have u tried highering your insulin, how long have u been like this? could it be a virus?
having higher than usual bloods can make you feel that way so it would be worth lowering them, i too take lots of meds and a few of mine higher my blood too so it could be many things, if you cant get control i would seek professional advice
