Hi all. Just looking for some advice please.
I am currently experiencing readings of 8 or 9 first thing in the morning which is concerning me as my readings before my dinner previous night are around 5.
For example before dinner last night I was 5.7. Had dinner of pork loin steaks, spinach and mushrooms with 2 pots if hartleys no added sugar jelly. I take my meds of 1 x 40g gliclazide and 2 x 1000g SR metformin. Wake up this morning and level is 9.8??
All suggestions are welcome.
