Hi all

For the past few days my sugar levels have been rather high i can't seem to get them below 10, i have tried everything even giving abit more insulin.

When i went to see my diabetic nurse a couple of weeks ago she showed how to do my insulin by counting my carbs which i have been doing but it seems this week my sugars levels have gone all over the place and i can't understand why. I know i still have to get used to the carb counting.

I know that a week before my monthly cycle my sugar levels do rise for 2 or 3 days but for some reason this time i can't seem to get them below 10 (only twice this week i have had a morning reading below 10). Its beginning to get on my nerves now, i thought maybe i have a water infection or something but i don't have no pain or burning when i go to the loo.

Does anyone have any advise on what i should do, i would really appreciate it

Thanks
