It's a constant battle of highs and lows, I don't know if it's exactly the same for type 2's as I'm type 1 but I found I was mainly low until around 20 weeks then struggled a lot with highs. You could try writing down what you are eating & injecting and see if you find a pattern, I would speak with your DSN about increasing insulin if the highs are happening often X
