I wonder if you got a pedometer, (one of those things that count the steps) for your daughter, this might help with determining activity level's.. As they work by impact movement to count the steps you are taking!
My theory is that if the impact of walking clicks the counter over, so for a child any jumping, gigging around should in theory click the counter over! This hopefully be enough to help identify a rough idea to what level of activity she's done, as she been sat down chin wagging with her mate or has she been playing chase, skipping or dancing around!
