Hello again KP

(I nearly shortened that to Kinkie but p'raps KP is better! )

Steroids help with so many things but there is certainly a cost. You say that you have problems exercising due to the RA so was wondering what you manage to do? Do you use a pool? It is really hard when so many things are difficult to achieve but any movement is helpful.
