Anybody make there own pasta with Almond / Lupin flour?
Lots of recipes online & YouTube but would like to hear an honest review from someone who has tried it... Good or bad!
Ps. I am not a Baker, however I did successfully make a low carb bread of 4g a slice... in the air fryer too. I was shocked at both how delicious it was & how well it turned out for my first ever bake.
I need to order some flours etc... and the hand whisk just isn't cutting it. Time to year myself to an electric mixer View attachment 60095
