Good evening all,

At the moment I am doing a project outside the UK and am in need my favorite type of Home Monitoring Diary.



I checked Ebay but to my surprise none where listed.

Who will be able to get me one or a couple? I will pay (paypal, cash, transfer) for all cost and will ad some extra to make it worth your while.

Why not copy it into a spreadsheet?
 
@Username: - Many of the meter manufacturers will provide diaries, and usually free of charge.

As I wrote, the link works to download the pdf and print it yourself.
I know, I have done it myself.

Thanks for the suggestion Pot.

Of course I realize I can write it on any piece of paper or note it down in many digital ways.

But I prefer to use these kind of booklets.

Thanks Helen. First I thought you meant ordering them from that site. As I wrote that did not work, nothing received.
Of course I can print it on a sheet of paper, but I am looking for the booklets as indicated in my initial post.

What I meant was, make a spreadsheet that looks the same as the diary. Print it out if you want. I just tried @helensaramay 's link and it worked ok so seems like you need to try that again.

Thanks Pot. I am looking for the booklets as indicated in my initial post. Complete with pages/thick cover, staples, etcetera. I am not looking into creating my own lookalike booklet.

I realize it is difficult to understands one can have a favorite booklet. But it is just like having a favorite testerkit, there are hundreds of different kits but many of us prefer our own favorite one.

Do you have an url Xfield ? I did not find any of the type shown in my initial post on Ebay UK.

Yes there are DCUKMOD. But that is not why I started this this thread. I am looking for the booklet shown in my initial post. They come with different covers, but the size/shape/inside is the same and I only found them in the UK (got them for free from my Diabetic Nurse at my GP).
