Hot weather

Hi during this spate of hot weather I haven't really been eating much but I I been drinking loads and I have seam to have gone off food totatly only eating a small tuna sandwitch for dinner is this bad for me
This has only happened since I started the new tablets

Hi,

You don't say which tablets you have been prescribed. Some people find that Metformin suppresses their appetite and many people find that hot weather also decreases their appetite so it may be a combination of both. As long as you stay hydrated and are not starving yourself then I wouldn't worry too much.

Thanks I been prescribed metformin since March and I now have started a new medication called sitagliptin and I have been hardy able to eat anything but I am trying to stay hydrated and trying to have heathy snacks
