how can I have fish?

Unless your asking Han..

You can crank it up to 11 & he still won't talk..

However, it might leave your fish a little in the "dark side"....

I bet your a Jack Bauer fan!

lol! Yep u are spot on! @Jaylee....thanks for cheering me up hon

No problem. What I know about the GFG. (My mum used to have one.) its a bit like a "phat" freestanding set of heated hair tongs with a "Teflon" coated hinged clamp angled so the grease & fat runs forward & out into a trough..?

As mentioned before on this thread, the whole point of a "George Forman" is to lower the fat content in the food cooked... Which (incidentally) is the main marketing ploy of this device from an "ex boxer" fronting the campaign, protein without the fat..

I don't fail to see the irony & the SOH in the OP.

I use a George Forman grill as I don't like saturated fat - I get my fats from cold pressed oils oily fish nuts avocado etc - the only time I like animal fats is pork belly - and then it has to be kizzened - it's brilliant for doing giant mushrooms for low carb buns - if you put them frill side down all the moisture drains out of them so they are not soggy and you can pick your burger like a proper bun with no chance of soggy dribbles

I think there a lot of kind and generous people here, I try to give back, I've received a lot of support here. I know a fair bit about autism too and can understand your thinking on the manner of OP's questions.

However, I would strongly recommend that the prior posts (although there are many), are looked at. It suggests something other than the possibity of autism to me. Contradiction seems to be a theme, as does far fetched stories.

Hi @ladybird64 - I understand your thinking too - but I didn't say that I thought the OP has autism - in fact I added a caveat to that - I wasn't questioning anyone else's kindness or support I was simply answering a question by a poster who asked why people keep answering OP questions

Yes, you did LL. Excuse my snippiness, people taking the pee are hitting a raw nerve this morning, and I shouldn't let it irritate me. Apologies.

@ladybird64 @lovinglife ,

If nothing else? It brings us all together in the spirit of good natured humor..

If we can't laugh at ourselves, what else is left...

Don't worry I am not being "lured" into replying - but thank you for thinking me kind and generous
