How do I delete my profile?

Please accept my apologies for posting this here but I can't find anywhere else to ask.
Please can a moderator give me the information of how to delete my profile and personal details from this site

There's no option for you to delete your own profile,you have to get the guys who run the site to do it for you.
 
Yes, you need to PM a staff member to delete your account.

If you're concerned about personal details, you can change those.

Don't feel the need to apologise, hon. If you'd rather not be here, that's entirely your choice and no fault of yours. Just a decision at this point in your life.

Please could you also give me information about how to make a complaint against a moderator who thinks it is ok to delete parts of messages afetr he has gone too far please.
